Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Buildingo.in, we strive to offer high-quality downloadable content with transparency and fairness. However, due to the digital nature of the products, we maintain the following refund policies:
🚫 1. No Refunds After Download
Once a digital file (e.g., CAD drawing, floor plan, PDF, elevation design) has been successfully downloaded, we do not offer any refunds, partial or full.
We assume that the customer has received the intended product and thereby consumed it.
⚠️ 2. Accidental Purchases
Refunds for accidental purchases may be considered only if the file has not been downloaded AND a written request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

⏳ 3. Processing Time
Eligible refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
❗ 4. No Refunds on Free Files
All free downloads are provided “as-is” for educational and research purposes. No refund or technical support is applicable for free items.
⚖️ 5. File Issues or Errors
If the downloaded file is corrupted, or doesn’t match the description, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Screenshot of the issue
We will either re-send the correct file or offer a download replacement. Refunds are still subject to usage.
By purchasing or downloading from Buildingo.in, you agree to these terms.
At Buildingo.in, we offer digital design downloads, which are non-returnable. Once a download is completed (free or paid), it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exceptions:
- If the download file is corrupted or not accessible, contact us within 3 days for support or a possible refund.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
