BUILDINGO User Upload Rules & Content Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Buildingo.in. To maintain a safe, legal, and high-quality platform for architectural and construction-related designs, all users who upload any content must follow the Upload Rules listed on this page.

By uploading any content to Buildingo.in, you automatically agree to these rules.

2. Types of Content Allowed

Users may upload the following:

• 2D floor plans
• 3D floor plans
• 3D elevations
• Structural drawings
• Home designs
• Conceptual layouts
• Interior layouts
• PDF files, images, CAD/SketchUp/other formats
• Any building-design related material they personally created

3. Content You Are NOT Allowed to Upload

Users must not upload:

• Copyrighted or stolen designs that they did not create
• AI-generated designs that violate copyright laws
• Government building plans or confidential drawings
• Pornographic, obscene or inappropriate images
• Violence, hate, illegal, or unsafe content
• Designs that belong to someone else without permission
• Plagiarized content from websites, magazines, architects
• Content that violates local construction laws

Buildingo.in has zero tolerance for copyright infringement.

4. User Ownership & Responsibility

By uploading a design, you confirm:

• You created the design OR have full rights to upload it
• You own the copyright
• You are responsible for accuracy, safety, legality of your content
• You give Buildingo.in permission to display and host your content

Buildingo.in does not guarantee or verify legal ownership of user-uploaded files.

5. Buildingo.in Rights For Uploaded Content

By uploading files:

You grant Buildingo.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Display
• Store
• Promote
• Make available for download
• Use the design for platform improvement

You still retain your original copyright.

6. Prohibited Use of the Platform

Users must NOT:

• Upload harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Upload viruses, malware, or unsafe files
• Try to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform
• Create duplicate, spam, or fake listings
• Impersonate another designer or user

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

7. Content Review & Removal

Buildingo.in may:

• Remove any content that violates these rules
• Suspend or terminate the user account
• Restrict uploads if required
• Delete unsafe or illegal files without warning

Buildingo.in is not responsible for user-uploaded content.

8. No Guarantee of Sales or Downloads

Uploading content does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Downloads
• Visibility
• Ranking
• Promotion

Performance depends on content quality and user demand.

9. Reporting Violations

If you find any file that violates copyrights or laws, email:

10. Legal Liability Disclaimer

Uploader Earnings, Eligibility & Tax Responsibility

By uploading content on Buildingo, users agree to participate in the platform’s earning system, which may include revenue from product sales and/or performance-based metrics such as views, impressions, or engagement.

Uploaders and vendors are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax laws, including GST registration and filing requirements, where applicable. Buildingo does not assume responsibility for vendor taxation or reporting obligations.

Buildingo may define eligibility criteria for earnings and withdrawals, including but not limited to minimum activity levels, consistency in uploads, or adherence to platform quality standards.

Earnings are calculated based on internal platform metrics and may vary over time. Buildingo reserves the right to revise earning models, rates, eligibility conditions, and payment structures as required.

Any attempt to manipulate platform metrics, including artificial views or engagement, may result in suspension of earnings or account termination.

Buildingo.in is not liable for:

• Copyright issues caused by the uploader
• Damages caused by inaccurate designs
• Construction mistakes based on user-uploaded drawings
• Loss of sales or misuse of designs by others

Users are fully responsible for their uploaded content.

11. Updates to This Policy

Buildingo.in may update this Upload Policy anytime.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated rules.
