1. Introduction

Welcome to Buildingo.in is an online digital platform that enables users from around the world to upload, browse, download, and share architectural and building-related design content, including but not limited to 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, structural drawings, conceptual designs, and premium design files.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the  services, features, and content (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Buildingo.in, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account details current at all times.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Responsibilities and Content

3.1 Content Uploads

Users may upload designs, drawings, documents, images, and other materials (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have full legal rights to upload and distribute it

  • The content does not infringe any intellectual property rights

  • The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Buildingo.in does not pre-verify all uploaded content and does not guarantee its accuracy, safety, or legality.

Buildingo.in is not responsible for the accuracy, originality, legality, or safety of user-uploaded designs.

3.2 Content Downloads and Use

Users may download content for personal or commercial use, subject to any license terms stated on the Platform or by the content owner. Buildingo.in does not guarantee that downloaded designs are suitable for construction, regulatory approval, or real-world implementation.

You acknowledge that all designs are provided “as-is” and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use. 

Buildingo.in provides conceptual and informational building designs. Designs are not construction-ready and must be reviewed by a qualified engineer/architect before real-world use. Buildingo.in is not responsible for any structural, approval, or construction issues arising from the use of downloaded designs.

Commercial use of downloaded free designs is permitted only if allowed by the design owner. Users are responsible for verifying applicable local building codes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 User Content Ownership

All User Content remains the intellectual property of the original uploader. However, by uploading content to Buildingo.in, you grant  a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to host, store, display, distribute, promote, and use such content for the operation, marketing, improvement, and development of the Platform. 

By uploading content, you grant Buildingo.in permission to display, host, and distribute your designs on the Platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

4.2 Platform Content

All content owned or created by Buildingo.in, including branding, logos, interface design, text, graphics, and system architecture, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission.

5. Data Usage and Artificial Intelligence

5.1 Data Collection and Use

Platform may collect and analyze user activity, uploaded content, and interaction data to improve platform performance, user experience, and service offerings.

5.2 AI Training and Research

You acknowledge and agree that content uploaded to the Platform may be used in an aggregated or anonymized manner for research, analytics, and the development or training of artificial intelligence or automated systems, unless explicitly restricted by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, misleading, obscene, or infringing content

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems

  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform

Buildingo.in reserves the right to remove content and take action against violators without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Termination by User

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, access to your account and associated content may be permanently removed.

7.2 Termination by Buildingo.in

Platform may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or pose a legal or security risk.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Buildingo.in makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildingo.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buildingo.in, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Last Updated: 22 February 2026

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Buildingo.in operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts, as determined by applicable law.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect remaining terms

  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and related policies constitute the full agreement between you and Buildingo.in
